The end of the holiday should be regarded as an energy boost, which we must extend over the following months.
The return to the routine should be calm and easy with the following advice:
- Get up and get ready early in the first week of your holiday. Have a full breakfast and focus on the good things your job gives you;
- Schedule the meals for the week. Enjoy the energy of the holiday and let your creativity flow, create a simple and nutritious plan meal plan;
- Increase your intake of food that promotes the synthesis of serotonin (well-being neurotransmitter), such as banana, pineapple, kiwi, plum, tomato, oats, cocoa (>75%), oilseeds and seeds;
- Avoid highly processed and caloric foods, high in fat and salt. These foods take longer to be metabolized and promote an imbalance in our appetite.
Enter in your workplace on the right foot and just with positive thoughts.
Good return to routine!
