Naturally rich in protein, iron and omega 3, this pâté can be used as a healthier and less processed option than ham, to put on bread, toasts or as a sauce as a complement to raw vegetable snacks.
Ingredients:
- 1 Can of natural tuna;
- 1 Boiled egg;
- 2 Tablespoons of light Greek yogurt;
- 1 Teaspoon chopped chives;
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder, enough;
- Pepper, enough;
- Lemon juice.
Method:
Drain the tuna, crush the egg with a fork and combine them, then add the Greek yogurt and the remaining seasonings. Reserve in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
